Could you look at the link for me, & give me your opinion on if the seller.
What should i be looking out for as i used to hear about alot of scammers on there a few years ago.
Will i get stung at customs, or are they sent as a Gift.

Seller looks fine to me. Ali use companies unlike ebay who is private sellers so it all seems to run a lot more pro imho
The only concern I would have is can you find the battery's elsewhere for that walkie?

To add. I find the quality of Chinese electronics the last 2 years or so has vastly improved and they are shaking the image of cheap Chinese knock offs.
I have had mobile phones, a high end Windows tablet for the Mrs, set top boxes and other electronics that the build quality, reliability and longevity has rivaled big brand names.
I buy from aliexpress all the time and never had an issue.
We bought some knock off Boden tshirts and when they arrived they were awful so the seller just refunded them.
This has happened on more than one occasion sellers prefer good feedback so keep you happy.

Yeah I agree with TJ, also I find if you have an issue a seller will say ok I will refund all or 50% and you keep the item. They clearly have no interest in returns unless it is of very high value I assume.
For example I had an issue with XBOX One battery packs that only held the charge for a couple of hours. They for some bizarre reason offered to refund all bar 1p of the amount I paid. No idea why but it was fine for me lol
Plus I got to keep to battery packs...
New sellers DO NOT want negative feedback so bend over backwards.

@Teajunkie
Not yet as only recently has a repeater become active locally on 70cm. I was always intending to use WiresX on my 991, but there are no local repeaters that support that platform, the best i have as in digital is Echolink.
I have an idea on making a codeplug for it & intend to install the hacked F/W which will give me alot more features.
Any help would be appreciated
I have signed up with AE now, & hopefully wont get bitten.
I bought some baofeng uv-5r radios & sadly the repeater is too far from us and the range on them is awful.
What’s the deal with dmr can I just purchase and hop on a repeater (I’m not licensed)
i don’t know what the deal is with digital stuff but the ham I was going to just listen in and then take the exam to see how it went.

I also have the UV5R radio. U can pro gramme them up using "Chirp" which also includes a database of all the local repeaters near you which can be added to its memory easily. My local repeater is about 2miles away, (Ham users only) which can be easily reached from even within the house. U could try an ext antenna like the Diamond X-30 , as that will make a big difference to distance or even just change the standard one it comes with for something high gain on ebay.
Remember the repeaters require an offset & CCTS tone to work.
Echolink & DMR require an amateur license.
The cost of an amateur license is cheap at only £30. That price is set by ofcom to sit the exam.
Youll need to do some practicals at your local club, (tune an antenna, do some soldering ect..) which is organised by them & signed off by them also.
& the theory can be done on line using "EssexHam"
Most clubs inc mine dont charge to teach, so unless u got some shitty greedy club, u should only have the one of payment for the exam.
DMR allows you to work the world regardless of conditions (propagation) as does Echolink.
Echolink u can use on your mobile phone & work the world without any radio equipment at all.
Ill post up some links if your seriously considering taking your foundation.
Also check out "Zello" at the playstore which doesn't require any license at all. .. think CB radio

@Teajunkie
Find your local club using the link. Once you have the club info, go to there website & either email them or just drop by during the next meeting. ALL clubs are happy to have new members.

Foundation Theory>
Some clubs teach foundation over a couple of weekends, some do an online course. The online course makes it alot easier imo, as u can keep refreshing your self at any time & there are mini tests as you go.
The online free course is here>

The course and the club like you to have the foundation now book.
