We've had the crisp thread. Now what are your chocolate choices ? Posh and Chavvy.

Not actually much of a chocolate eater and for the most part leave it to the Mrs.

When I was a kid I loved a Marathon (Fuck off snickers), Aero etc

Now for a choice of chavy choc I would get the Jelly Popping Candy Dairy Milk, or a Toblerone. Toblerone was the king for me till they started taking the piss with the size of the gaps.

For proper chocolate though I like a good dark high cocoa content, pref organic as they are much smoother. Green & Blacks (not the new range from murica), the original organic ones.
Monty Bo Jangles and I forget the makes but Sainsburys and Waitrose do great ranges of Organic posh stuff with Sea salt etc. Wouldn't say I have a go to one for the posh stuff as it suits the mood if you fancy a bit of Orange oil, nuts etc

Have yet to find a chilli choc I like and I LOVE chilli so its a bit annoying.

That a funny one to me because I love Turkish Delight but cant eat the Fry's one.... I buy it off some Turkish bloke on the markets near me lol
I remember when I was younger a mate literally would eat 10 in a go... fucking loved em and Caramacs. Cant stand them either lol

There's a Lindt pick & Mix shop at Cheshire Oaks outlet. Loads of flavours I've never seen before. Ended up with about £15 worth.

Sometimes at crimbo time Terry Chocolate Orange do a popping candy version. That is proper nice. Also like the special edition ones that have bits of dime bar in it.

I always take the piss out of the Mrs for this but she gets Twirls, bites the ends off em and then drinks a glass of milk through the middle, basically using them as straws.

I used to do that with hot milk in the 90s.

For me my go to is a Twix. Usually eat them normally but sometimes carefully bite the biscuit off and then roll the top layer up into a caramel snail shell type thingy. I also like to do that with a Double Decker and eat the white softer bit seperately as it sort of reminds me of my oldest fave the Texan.

As a treat, if I can be arsed going to Booths, I like the Willys Cacao, The Venezualan Black.
