only way you can play cdr on the xbox is to switch out the drive for a dvd drive of your own.

my box loads up durabrand cdr's perfectly at 2x.
do i have to burn the cd-r on a dvd-writer or a cd-writer is fine, because i burnt couple of games on my cd-writer and the games wont work
cd writers r fine thats not the problem, the problem is tryn tons of cdr media at 2x takes forever n i only found 1 cdr that works for me.
Forget cd-r's if you have not got access to a DVD writer you don't deserve a modded xbox.
