Icewind dale 2 BIN´s not working!

I got both the Rzr-IWD1.bin and Rzr-IWD2.bin (+ .cue files) and get the same error message on both of them when i attempt to access the cd´s!

"Windows cannot read from this disk. the disk might be corrupted, or it could be useing a format that is not compitable with windows" - Win XP

"Incorrect funtion" - Win 2000/win 98

Someone haveing the same prob? I first thought i might be an error with the .BIN file, but both the first and second cd had the same error... anyone??
