Even though after you burn an xbox game you can't see it. I know that if you burn it in a different way you can read it, but can you do a direct copy even if your computer doesn't detect anything on it?

How long does it take to burn a dvd backup? A game that is a couple of GB's and only burnt at 2.4x sounds like it would take hours. Any info would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,

Burning a full DVD of about 4 odd gig takes about an hour on a 1x speed writer.
I have a Pioneer A03, which writes most cheap media at 1x speed, and some more expensive ones at 2x speed.
2x speed takes about 30 mins for a full disk.

    ALSO...
I burn most of my DVD's with multiple games on them.
When they're burned like this, your PC can read them, so you don't need to worry about being able to copy them, cause you can just put all the stuff on your PC HDD and re-burn it if you want!
