Newsbin help

I have downloaded Newsbin to download stuff and they ask me to give them server information, they want a server address and I have no idea what to put in there, can someone help.

well i put news.yourisphere.com in my server thing and when I hit start at the top it says server connectin failed, how do i call my isp, i am running shaw.
