Help Vibration Function of Dualshock2 no longer working!!

HI,
I have a ps2 with a neo4.1 installed. Everything has been working perfectly for months until recently the vibration function in the dualshock stopped working. It is defidently something wrong inside the ps2 as I have tried my joypads on a friends PS2 and they work fine. I have been told that it could be a fuse that has blown but I need to know where this fuse is and how to fix it or find a replacement. I have no knowledge of inside the ps2 so instructions would need to be simple. Can anybody please help me with ideas or links on how to fix this problem(If it is the fuse!!) or ideas on what else could cause this to happen. I really want to fix this problem as now playing games like medal of honor and mgs2 just doesn't seem as good.

dude i have had the same same problem frequently.... i had that problem with like all my ps1's and like 2 ps2's including the one i currently own. i have no idea why i have had this history of the same problem, but who cares. i mean for me it got to where i dont even like dual shock anymore. it really shouldnt hinder your gaming experience

stop using it as a dildo... all sony products are never good for what they are made for... for instance their TVs are good coffee tables to watch TV on ur philips and so forth

Anybody actually able to help?? Not give their opinion on how crap the rumble function is or make predictable jokes. Any real help would be much appreciated.
