p2p firewall conflicts... TAKE A LOOK!

i started school at a university recently, and kazaa doesnt work anymore. i can still download, but very slowly... like at .02 kb/s. within kazaa there are choices for SOCKS5 proxy or something... can anyone help me out?

there must be a way to get around this. (the university is all ethernet by the way)

if you CAN download (even if at only whatever/kbs), you quite obviously need not mess with SOCKS proxies.

its pretty rare that i'm able to download at all... the school doesnt want ppl hogging up bandwidth.

either way, how do i get past it? i found a tunnel software but unless i buy the full version, THAT download speed is capped at 1.5 kbps. there must be a way around the firewall... somebody pleaaaaaaaaaaaase heeeeellllllpppppp.
