Forum is good. I myself own a Quicksilver which cost me about $500 and a Forum board that I got for $450. But if you ask me, I think all forum boards are great.

yayayayayaay! you've read my mind I was just gonna start a thread bout this hehe. I'm pretty serious in it, can do some nice tricks. I got a Santa Cruz board, it's awesome. Perfect. I got the good kind of step in bindings, not the flow, but the once with the click on the heel of the binding and a little slot you stick your foot in at the toe. It works awesome, only thing that is a pain in the ass is when we go into powder to build jumps. They need flat hard ground to clip in, so a lot of times I have problems strapping in in the powder. Burton's are good but are the most expensive. If you don't wanna pay for a real expensive board, forums are good, santa cruz, pretty much any name brand board ... get a board with rounded edges, NOT FLAT/SQUARE edges, i had this one time, guy smashed into the side of my board, fucked it right up, the top layer of my board starting coming apart after time. But if your getting serious bout doing jumps n shit, just go for it ;p my friends are to pussy ... I'm the only one who does big tricks heh, Go big or go home is the way I see it

Heh, best thing in the world, no doubt in my mind, is snowboarding there's no other feeling like it, sex is good, but not as good as snowboarding. And i'm dead serious about that ... nothing like flying down the mountain at like 40km's per hour nailing 60 foot table tops .... my god ... i don't even got words to explain that feeling ANOTHER MONTH AND A HALF AND THE MOUNTAINS ARE OPEN

what do you think about buying boards online, if i know the size and type, does it matter if i dont really test it out. what i mean by online is eBay actually, anyone got shit there? ill probably get my goggles off ebay, and maybe even my board.

Go with a pair of twin tipped skies, get the best of both worlds.
