why a fifa 2002 ini-fix for the fifa 2003 demo?

It works fine on my system. The demo is rather lame though, you get to play a 2min match, Arsenal vs Real Madrid. Once your match is over to rematch you need to relaunch the whole demo. But graphics looking better and more fluid
In fact, u can play as many matches as u want without relaunching the game...
Go in the folder \DATA\CMN and edit the file INI.BIG
Locate the following lines:
// This must be set to 1 for demo mode.
DEMO_MODE=1
// 0 = allow multiple games
// 1 = exit after one game
DEMO_ONE_GAME_ONLY=1
Now, simply change the value for DEMO_ONE_GAME_ONLY (put 0 instead of 1), save your changes, restart the demo and bingo

Every time a team scores a goal the game is crashing/freezing!!? before that happends it works fine!
It was exact same problem with NHL 2003!
What the hell is wrong?
I have:
ATI RADEON 7000
1.33 ghz
And both Fifa 2002 & Nhl 2002 works perfect..
If u read the Requirements for fifa 2003 it should not be a problem to play it!
Anyone with the same problem or does anybody know how i should do to fix the problem?

That doesnt work ... after you do that and save .. the game wont even start up.

and for PC gamers who DONT have a ps2, I'm sure it will be a damn nice game,
I like the new 'console-alike' gameplay....
It works fine for me...just make sure Windows doesn't change the format of the file when saving it (the easiest way is to edit the file with a hex editor rather than notepad).

If editing the inf file then do like this...
Use "" around the file name including the .inf like this
"fifa2003.inf" ...
BTW demo sux... so lowres and no options Iīll stick with 2002 World Cup edition
oh my. this game sucks elephant balls. it's like astronauts playing soccer. every year. how can people play this kind of shit? it's poor crap. go out and buy a ps2 w/ winning eleven 6. THAT is football.
