Modded Console w/ Xbox Live

Will it be safe for Modded gamers to Register w/ Microsoft and play on XBox Live? I'm sure they will be asking for the serial number of your console. Is there anyway for them to determine if your system has a modchip or not?

yeah still her could of just looked at all the threads in this list......There are a few posts about Xbox live and modded xboxes....the funny thing is....people keep asking......just chill like he says....we will all know in good time..........This question is one everyone wants to know

I hope it works, if not I just wasted $60 on my Xbox Live beta kit. They charged me for the kit and shipping. That was cool until they asked for tax also!

if you did get a mod chip just get a switch and always make sure that the modchip is off when you connect to live. that's what i'll be doing, at first at least.
