XBL and mod chips?

I know this sort of thread has been done before now.
But i just wanted to know what the situation is at the moment.?
Ive just read up and my ISP is included in the list. There must be members on here on the live Beta that have mod chips enabled, Or have heard other people talking about the issue.?
So basicley i wanna know if there is a code going to be made avalible or is it going to need a new sort of chip.?

Do not use your modchip if you connect to XBL! It WILL ban your system permanently. Some groups are developing a workaround but we'll have to wait. The only thing you can do at the moment is to switch off your MOD. If you have an Enigmah you can fit a switch. Newer mods such as PC_BIOXX and Matrix allow you to disable the chips by pressing the eject button.
