why do you want to change your IP, did you do something bad lol?

You can use a prog called multiproxy (I think that's what it's called) to surf anonymously, but you need to change your dialup settings and run the program all the time you are online.

If you have a dialup (56k) connection your IP will change each time you connect anyway.

If you have dsl/adsl then you should have a set IP {not a static IP} by your provider for your account which will stay the same, unless you phone them up and get it changed (didn't know this was possible till a few weeks back), but again why?
