found a good sniping programme - isnipeit onCNET.com.
It tracks auctions and dials out 5 mins before the end. It places your maximum bid a few seconds before the end. I won 2 auctions with it yesterday! Its a 20 day trial but the serial is available on S****** 2***. PM me if probs.

Dont bother with that prog use this free site and you dont even have to be in

no limits like other sites, just make sure you put in your very top price you are willing to pay
