    Default Echostar Files

I have tried various files on my AD3000ip using a MM 1.09, some work, some don't. has anyone out there any suggestions as to which files are best for this type of setup ? or does it emulate another receiver?
I am also a little mystified when trying to use "picbined" to programme funcards, again any help. Thanks 4121.

    Hi,
I am using the same configuration without any problems using Humax version of quite a lot of files.
    Is goalkeeper off?
I am using cardwriter for programming and picbined for editing.
    Cheers,

Thanks Battman17 for the help, I am using cardmaster to Write, which works well! I use picbined v1.70 to programme, but get confused over the settings in the two pulldown menus, for the different cards. What settings would you use for an purple funcard, and what for a funcard 4?
    Thanks again 4121

    Hello 4121
I have only a funcard 2. So I cannot help you with the purple card. I think that is a jupiter card. But there are few files for that card.
I do not often edit cards now because there are quite a lot of complete files.
I suppose you work with 6 in 1 files because you have a MM. For those files I used the option 5in1_fun. There are 3 of them in the right pulldown menu.
Then check the option "auto detect". Lateron you can still change the working mode with the left pulldown menu.
For the Irdeto providers fun3in1 v3:Irdeto
For the Seca providers fun3in1 v3:Seca etc etc
    Cheers,

    Hi 4121,

Besides PicBinedit ( I raccomand ver. 154e ) best for Eeprom writing for Silver Ds9 cards- and if you need to program flash on the same type of card then you can use IC Prog 104.
For 6 in 1 cards to write Eeproms the best progy is ISVEdit 2.2.
All those sofwares you cam dowload from Dowgaty site. You didn't mention what kind of programmer you have, but a/m softwares will work with many programmers actualy in use.
    Hope to assist you
    Cheers,
