DVD's and bonus disc?

Can you normally play the bonus disc of a movie DVD on the Xbox? My daughter can't play disc 2 of the Harry Potter DVD and is giving me grief, is this normal? an issue with this DVD set only? or is there a problem with her Xbox? It just comes up with a blank screen when the 2nd disc is inserted:?:

im not totally sure m8 but i think the second disc is for use on the pc only, i borrowed it off a m8 and seen it said about screensavers and wallpaper and stuff like that for the pc, i didnt really put it in the dvd player, but if im right then it wont work in your xbox but in your pc.

so try it in yer pc m8

No the bonus disc does work in my Tosh 220 standalone player but not the Xbox. You are partly right in that it also contains some PC only stuff but it also contains standard DVD stuff.

ahhh, thats what i wernt sure of m8 that it DID work in a dvd player, as i said i didnt try it in my dvd player, seems weird it wont play in your xbox tho.

have u got a ps2, just curious as to whether it will work in a console dvd player at all

This is not an xbox issue lots of normal DVD players wont play the bonus disc of HP . There was a big thing about it here in Germany a few months back. I dont know if the discs were replaced though as I didnt follow it up.
