EvolutionX_beta_V1.8.3285 Loading times

I burned EvolutionX onto a cd-rw. It load really slowly. The xbox logo appears with the Excuter 2 name on the bottom. The evolution dashboard really slowly fades in. The menus move super slow. After a while i got FlashFXP to work. I copied the files following the tutorial on Xboxscene. It does the same thing. It takes at least 5 minutes just to load. Does anyone know whats wrong? I dont know where to get any other version to test. Thanks

Strange - you really will need to get another version to be sure its not the copy of EvoX you have.

I fixed the problem a long time ago. I solved it by replacing the old hard drive and putting in a new one. Took the old one out put the new one in and put in Slayers evox and it worked great. I thing the hard drive was kinda messed up. I got the xbox for $25 non working, the only problem was the dvd drive had been pushed in. It appeared like the xbox had been dropped. Thats where the hard drive probally went bad.
