AV with optical out

Does anyone do the standard AV lead (with the phono looking Video wire) with an optical out?

I can't use a standard scart socket cos my TV only has 2 sockets which are already used. I've looked on amazon and thats all I can get from there.

Hi, you can buy them with optical out and scart and phono all on one cable

I found one in Game made by Gamester so I've got the dolby digital working.

Brilliant sound, in Medal of Honour you can actually here the bullets flying past your head. Very impressed.
