Sky viewing cards

Apologies if this is a dumb-ass question previously answered, but I haven't used the forum in ages & the search facility didn't work! Last year, Sky said they would be sending out new viewing cards for their digi-boxes in the coming months...........well, that was ages ago & I haven't heard a thing since. Does this mean that mine got lost in the post? Perhaps they delayed sending them out due to technical problems? Am I about to be looking at a blank screen anytime soon unless I get their new card? I am an officail subscriber in the UK, but chose NOT to ring Sky to ask them, for the usual reasons(they are all w**kers who know nowt!). Any help most appreciated.

i beleive cards are due to be swapped in the coming months and i dont know anyone who has got one yet but im sure they wont forget you they are still taking your money arnt they???
