about freeloader and RE0

hi everyone

i brought my copy of RE0 on tuesday from cybernet and just ordered my freeloader today being thursday by post so it should come by tomorow (friday)

but just now i visited most of the forums and they all say that RE0 does not work with the freeloader

so wat do i do now

i spent 45 pounds on RE0 and 20 on freeloader

do u think the shop will take them back ad i have no other game to use with it

please i need some advise as most likely my RE0 wont work either.

my GC is UK and RE0 is USA

Read the documentation of the Freeloader. I'm sure the store will take it back.

E-mail Datel too to see if any fixes due.

I have ordered a load of these and as I have posted already, I hope they are not going to cause loads of problems for me or my customers.

I have the same problem, I got Freeloader today for �20 and a copy of RE0 for �25 but it wont run well enough to play, Datel better release a fix for it within 2 weeks otherwise I will want a refund as anything after that it wont be long till RE0 is released over here.

You can get Freeloader off ebay for �14.99 and you can get US games from Canada for �35 inc airmail, I ordered a game on the monday and got it on the thursday.

Always check dvdboxoffice for NTSC Games and www.dvdcrave.com (australian site) for PAL games at dirt cheap prices. They even shot in wavebirds for free with some games.

Just been reading the codejunkies forum amd someone claims to have got RE0 working with 1.04 but only once so there might be a correct way of booting the game yet.

yes my re0 works fine

i got my freeloader today by post

and it was

v.1.06b

and i had no problem

booted using normal method [1]

Your a lucky guy then, I am going to have to wait till middle of next week to I get my copy of 1.06b

Also, I rang around all my local game shops and only 2 of them had heard of Freeloader and they all had v1.04 so 1.06b isnt widely available yet.

Well I preordered mine in july 2002 from codejunkies and received mine 2 days ago which was version 1.6b and worx on all my games including RE.0 so it must be available.

He said it isnt widely available and he is right, everywhere I rang asking about it said they only had 1.04, some didnt actually know, all they said was that it was 1.0 according to the manual, I had to actually tell them where to look.
