Problem on boot up

I have a Gigabyte GA-6VTXE mainboard with latest bios version.
On boot, the system gives 2 beeps, and displays "Check system health!" and then DOES continue to boot.
It appears to run fine, but does anyone know the list of causes for this error message?

I have searched the net exhaustively but have found nothing.
