I bought an enermax with fan control drop it down to the slowest speed and it is almost silent.
buy a antec etc etc and then replace the fans with ys tech silents ! or papst fans !! that should do the trick ! well ! but remember to leave it switched off for at least 24 hours to let the energy outta tha psu

hahaha ! but no ! i have heard of ppl that have frizzled due to that !
I agree that quietpc are expensive.... but I bought one anyway !
It's honestly one of the best things I've ever bought for my PC the difference is amazing.
