overclocking so can someone tell me how

hi all im new to overclocking so can someone tell me how i can do it, i have two pc's one's a AMD 1333 with a abit kt7e main board,
and a AMD 2 gig xp with abit kg7e board
any help please

the speed gains really dont outweight the negatives, which would be more heat, and more power consumption....especially at this level of gigahertz computing...

but if you still want to do it...

A CPU's speed is determined by its clock speed and its multiplier...
there are either siwtches onboard to increase either of these settings, or its done in the BIOS. Find your user guide online for each motherboard to see how each motherboard goes about changing these 2 things.
