Default Nero Burning Software Problem With Waves

    Hi Guys

Anyone got any advice regarding recording a cd (audio) and finding that it has only recorded the short cuts and not the full wave files ??

Whilst writing the waves it shows it is writing the full size wave files.

I have converted the mp3's using mpegdj and also tried mp3 studio this makes no difference

    Any help please.

I have even downloaded the latest drives from ahead and LG.

    Many Thanks

If you are talking about copying an Audio CD then just do a disk to disk copy.
You cannot "drag & drop" the audio tracks from a CD, you would need to rip them first if you are making your own compilation.
Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it

    Hi Pegasus Team

What I have done is converted a few mp3s and saved the wave files into a folder.

Started nero and used the wizard ie: audio CD.

It copies the waves as you can see the size of the files being copied.

I've had no problems before but wondered if Uncle Bills software "ME" has altered something some where ????

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Cheers

I see what you are doing now, did you select the option to finalise the CD after burning? If not, then you won't be able to play it in an ordinary CD player until you finalise the disc.
It is perfectly normal for Windows Explorer to only show the shortcuts on an Audio CD (which should be showing as 44 bytes in size).

    Hi

All I have ever done is record the files and play cd in the cd player.

Where will I fiind finalise tap in nero ??I've searched nero and cant find it in audio.

I know if I copy data files I can leave the disc open and record another session later, but i've never done this with audio files.

Many thanks for you promt response Pegasus Team.

You will find the option to finalise the CD on the "burn" tab.
