help with digital cable

hey guys im a newbie and i live in the u.s and im getting
digital cable finally through http://www.io.tv/
is there any way i can get all the channels with some sort of descrambler and if so where can i find a webpage?
thanks for any help, and im sorry if i missed any of these topic's when i did a search for them.

to add to this, i found something but it seems it will only
let me watch ppv's without getting charged for it. there's nothing that will do thi plus unlock all the channels?

Hi All

You could check out this site too www.kickinchicken.org there your side of the pond. I wouldn't recommend the filter cos if it goes down or u later remove it the box and/or card could still hold the info of your purchases then send it back to your provider... alot of assumtions here.

i tried http://www.rizzo.tv but it sez the admin isnt allowing any new members,and as for the info on the page i dont understand what im looking at. i dont have a digital box yet i wanted to find out if there was some way to get all the chanels first. and after all this reading im still not sure as to if this can be done.
