How can I bypass the BIOS Password, on my Compaq Armada Notebook. :cheese:

Depends on the model. Some have a password reset jumper, some you need to clear CMOS, others need to be returned to Compaq. The compaq website has tech manuals to download for most models. That'll tell you how to do yours.

You can get software to corrupt the BIOS checksum and then you will be able to get into the BIOS menu.

I'm away at the moment using a PC in the airport lounge - I will see if I can post the utils when I get home tommorow.

You could also try opening the laptop and see if there is an internal battery you can possibly disconnect.
