ok now i've the patch

I've now got the patch for The Italian Job, also i've got the original disk next to me. how do i get the patch on the disk as well as the game? please help!

first you need to extract an image of the disc using cdrwin extract it to where ever you like, a folder called itallian job will be fine., one of the boxes is to extract disc/tracs/sectors.

but the easiest way i used to find is this.

put the game in your drive as if you were going to copy it
do NOT put a blank disc in your cd writer
when it attempts to write to the cdr it wont find it and give you an error, dont worry this is normal.

now the image it made should be on whatever drive you selected in cdrwin, the default is C:\

now i used to do the ppf files with the old dos command but there is a much easier way of doing it m8, get a program called ppfomatic 3 and this will patch it for you in seconds.

start ppfomatic

select the image you just extracted
select the ppf patch you have got, put it in the same place as the cue and bin file
click on patch image.

then burn back to cdr using cdrwin by clicking the first box load cuesheet. then load the cue file for the image you just created and patched.

click on burn
