it won`t startup !

My home pc apart from generally running quite low on memory, has this morning decided not to start up at all. It display`s the following messages:

-The following file is missing or corrupted -

-C:\WINDOWS\DBLBUFF.SYS
-C:\WINDOWS\IFSHLP.SYS
-C:\WINDOWSHIMEM.SYS

-Drivespace found a problem on compressed drive C

-Cannot find WIN.COM unable to load windows

At first it did run scandisk but this cut out, i think it said it was out of memory, then it displayed the black screen with the above messages and prompts but even when following the instructions nothing has changed ???

Please help, it will be much appreciated !

The DBLBUFF.SYS error points to a memory problem check the following out as a place to start, my guess is your allready getting the illegal operation message too often, looks like you need more memory or your existing memory is not working properly, get quality stuff m8, its not worth penny pinching where memory is concerned, these links point to a way to replace the other two corrupted files, give the site a bit of your time. cya.
