Netstat Live by AnalogX is what you want.

Have you ever wondered just how fast your network connection is? Not just how fast the modem is connected at, but how much data you can actually get? Does your internet connection sometimes seem slower than normal? Forget hacking the registry or using counter-intuitive tools to get the information you want - enter the world of AnalogX NetStat Live (NSL)! NSL is a small, easy to use TCP/IP protocol monitor which can be used to see your exact throughput on both incoming and outgoing data - whether you're using a modem, cable modem, DSL, or even local network! NSL doesn't just stop there, it lets you see how quickly your data goes from your computer to another computer on the internet; it even will tell you how many other computers your data must go through to get there! But wait - there's more! NSL also graphs your CPU usage of your system! This can be especially useful in identifying if your computer is what's slowing things down, or if it's your internet connection.

Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it

Here's another one for you to try. I've been using it for some time now without any problems.

i downloaded netstat a while a go and i really liked it, only problem is that cos im on 56k the **** reset the total download every time i reconnected every 2 hours (pc online 24/7) so i looked for sommat else (ill prolly go back to it once BB is enabled in my area (not long now woohoo))

and im currently using DU meter, which is nice provides nice little graphs etc and i like it ... works well.. it logs all ur daily/weekly/monthly/yearly totals etc and u can export them to notepad or excel etc..

only thing that gets on my tits i when i click on the sys tray icon to display the graph, every now and then i get a error message saying there been an error, i just have to clikc the ok button a few times and thats it it just carries on as normal, ive no idea why it does it, but it doesnt seem to affect anything.. so it dont bother me too much...

so id say if ur on BB go with netstat u can turn some of those options off u know, and if u on 56k go for DU meter and if u need a serial (its not free unlike netstat live) ive attatched a keygen for version 3 build 110 (the one i have) i dunno if they have released a newer one since then...
