I have recently purchased a house in Cyprus and would like to set up Sky. I can get another box + card for £12 a month. what dish would I need to get?????

I was there a while ago, and one of the bars had sky. You are a long way out of sky's "footprint", and need a mahoosive dish.
The dish on the bar nearly covered the whole roof, someone else will prolly give you more advice.

You won't be able to get the BBC channels either soon, as they are moving to Astra 2D with a very small footprint. If you are thinking of leaving the second box and card out there, Sky will soon be intouch asking you to reconnect it to the phone line, as it is a stipulation for the discounted second subscription.

Would certainly appear that between 2 and 3 metre dish will get you reasonable reception of all but the Astra 2D channels. There may be occasional dropouts of the Northern beam channels as well.
