what hex do i use now lads

i have don 1or2 cards now but i cannot get this one to work i don't get any channels so is there a new hex to use

rst_v1[1][1].2 and nce-rev-2012, like i said they have worked befor, I have one box that was on TW but now on NTL all the channel names are there but no pics and i have another box thats on ntl and just stays on the NTL banner so i just don't know what i'm doing wrong
