I ordered 4. I cannot see them honouring this one. Worth a shot though as theres nothing in my account I used. Good find ch33z
good find, but the £0 ones ae not in stock and i doubt very much they will honour
Seem to have loads of stuff for £0.00 on the site.
I've ordered a DVD Server (£0.00), and a blank DVD-R disk. The total came to just under £20 because of the weight of the server ;-) What's my position if they charge me for the full £20? Is that the point at which the contract is formed?
i think they caught on now cos all the £0.00 ones have na next to em rather than buy
No there's still lots with 0.00 and buy next to them, you have to scroll down a fair bit to see them though
I think it must be the software they use, if it not in stock or is available to pre-order then the price is £0.00.
I doubt they will honour, only seem like a small company.
We all make mistakes sometimes
If a company advertise a price on a website, and you place an order for that item, they have to honour the price quoted (as long as a contract has been entered into, ie: money been debited or email confirmation sent), or they must pay damages along with a refund....
BUT
In this case, although there's a contract (confirmation email), no money actually changes hands, so the situation MAY be different. When trade takes place in the UK, there must be 3 aspects:
Offer - Self explanatory
Acceptance - Self explanitory
Consideration - This means that something must change hands for the goods accepted. In this case, there is no money changing hands, and therefore they have a getout clause under UK law.
I cannot see you getting far with this one, as, apart from the above reasons, there is also a "mistake of fact" clause, which covers company's who advertise "obviously incorrect prices". £0 for a 15 bay Tower falls into this catagory
Good luck tho
OK. what about this. i bought eminem tickets (8 of them) and they took the money out my bank account, and then 2 weeks later refunded the cash for two tickets and now i only have 6. can i do anything about this?
Tam
no because your only allowed to purchase 6 tickets on one card, the person who sold them 2 you fucked up letting you take 8.Originally posted by tam9

Having said that it was a bit wanky of them to take them back after they should have let it slide.
I assume this was ticketmaster?
