WTD-Decks (belts or directs)

Don't bother with belt drive decks, they really are not worth the money, go for direct drive.

i'll second that, belt decks are rubbish, take you triple the time to learn on belts and if u allready can mix then it will frustrate the bollox out of u

go with directs... they aint dear these days

yeah definately dont so much as think of getting belts, even ya local pub dj would not get em.
Also if u think there is a good chance u are going to use em alot (i assume u are using them for mixing rather than a pub style song player)... then get some decent ones mate, u will save money in the long term, i know alotta peeps bought some �300 kits and after 6months fell in love with mixin and had to splash out more cash on new deck's, mixe, the works.

Regarding ya decks i dont have any sorry but there are alot of peeps sell decks in LOOT, maybes there is a loot website not to sure but if not mite be worth picking up a copy.

Cheers guys. Used an awesome set of Vestax's when I was in college a few years back... fiddled with with my mates Gemini belts the other day... absoloute crap.

Anyways, just got a good deal on some Numark TT-1650s and a Vestax 4ch mixer on eBay.

However, I'm always on the look out for decent packs/bulk deals on 12s though.
