Info on an ebay user

Hey, one of my friends wants to buy a signed picture of maverick off of a company called starsignings on ebay. Does anyone have any info on them or know if their stuff is genuine. They've got a good feedback profile i know but i she just wanted to make sure that its genuine. Has anyone dealed with them before or know anything about them????

Trader looks okay, their prices all vary according to the person and he has web hosting on his pics so if they are a con artist they are very professional about it
