    Default Geforce 4 mx440 se graphics card

    Just got one of these, and it installed ok, the only problem is i cant get it to show in colour on me telly, it only comes out in Black and White.....
    any ideas??

    Have you made sure it's set to output PAL if it's got that option - might be sending NTSC out?

    I reset it to UK Pal, but the problem i had was it was set on s-video and it needed to s-composite.....still sorted now, thanx for the input you steered me in the right direction

    I got everything working ok, but now i find when i try to run windows media player it closes down as soon as the film/media file starts to run...i have un installed and reinstalled the software/drivers several times but still no luck, so i put my old card back in and the problems seemed to have stopped..
    Sorry to be a pain but any ideas??

    if this dont work its going back to the shop..... LOL

    What version of the NVidia drivers are you using?

    Sounds like some sort of overlay problem..

    OK mate, can you try the drivers off www.nvidia.com and see how you get on with those?
