flash script help

could anyone help me in creating a flash action script please

trying to create a script that will stop on a mouse click and then start when clicked again and so on.

so when the user wants the movie to stop they just click the mouse and when they want it to start again then just click the mouse again and so on throught the movie.

Here's how I would do it:

1. create a button the entire size of the stage and make it invisable by only putting a keyframe on the Hit state.

2. create a movie clip with the button on two keyframes.

3 On the first, put the action to on release play _level0 and a stop action on the keyframe. Second, set the button action to stop _level0 and a stop on the keyframe. Also, on each of the buttons put an action to go to next frame - so that it goes between the "stop" and "play" buttons.
