Rom Studio Help

read rom 11 using rom studio changed the EMM keys wrote image back to card when i tried the card was not getting any channels. when i try to read the card again with rom studio i get the message "Bad Answer or Invalid Login" can any one help please

i found that when i read the card there was more 07 decrypt keys than needed ?!?!?
so i deleted some n got my cahnnels to come on.

but i couldnt get PPV ?!?!?

Read your working rom 10 card in nagra3 and save the image, rename it from .bn10 to .bin load it into rom studio and write it to your rom11 card ... you should have ppv working fine

When i try to write back to a rom 11 it asks me for the backdoor 0 key .. put in the backdoor 0 key from the rom 11 i was trying to write to but no luck ...Any ideas ???...Thanks macy

You can only write back to a card if you can read it in the first place mate

I have a bn10 image that i used to use in ne3 ..Changed it to .bin put your rom 11 in programmer & select backdoor click on reset card (i only seem to be able to read & write a b01 card) click the drop down menu for dump & select login aprendez .. It will dump card ..Open the bin image that you changed from bn10 & load that in edit the ird & boxkey .. Then click on the write (next to dump) & select login aprendez again it will write info to card ..Then use boxgetpc2 just to check if it returns the correct & thats it ...I made the mistake of selecting the red arrow to write to the card as we used to in ne3 ...Macy

i already tryed that! so it looks like im fooked

If its a b08 it won't dump or write to must be the same as ac3 rom 10's ...Macy

its a b06,and ive sorted it now. what i dick ive been the progger im using has a great big idiot proof switch on it and i must of knocked it!! to pic?? but anyway i can ,and have changed bk\ird on crd but it wont let me remove ppv info(2 films) ill just keep tryin.

ive only had short time to mess about with this software but as someone has said in this thread its far easier to edit the image in nagra editor save it as .bin and then use rom studio to write it i seem to get a lot of problems if i use rom studio to edit the image so stick to nagra edit for editing beocuse this only writes data space rom 10 or 11 image work fine.
