funcard

can anybody give me some advice i bought a box from nottingham that had the chips lifted and only had ird and bk
i tryed to make a funcard with rst and ntl hex but when i put the card in it tells me that your smartcard has not been activated for this account error 9 i know the box worked in nottingham on an eeprom so other than the net id and freq what is different in leicester i was told that the channel mapping was different but dont understand what that is

any help would be greatly appreciated

sounds like the card is no longer paird to ur box.. check in the eng menu hold both chan buttons and power up until .. "engdiag" appears .. tells u in there if its not paird. and i'm sure u need ird# bk# and cam# for a funcard.. hope this gives a little insight . if not i'm sure others will answer.. soon.... :O)
