i was told that u can use 4000 remotes on the 2000 boxes by changing something in the engineers menu. is that true ?????

all will work on eachother so i think
1000, 1000 phase 1b, 2000, 4000

all do werk on each other.

Only 4001 and 4010 are different!!!there blue and got more gadgets on them ie:email button etc......

Does anyone know the One for All 4 digital code for a PACE 4000 Box, I can only seem to chnage the volume or Channels but not both together

I'm in an N�L ex c/w area and the remotes here won't do the volume, i got a telewest remote (silver) off a m8 and that does the volume if you programme it to the tv, but you cant order ppv as it has not got a on demand button

Just setup a 4000 box in a davic area and it will only work with a 4001 remote, if its used in a Docsis area were it belongs it uses the other remote.
