Strathclyde plod ??

Anyone know if u can still pick-up the strathclyde plod on a scanner (a UBC-60XLT-2 Bearcat)? My m8 is wanting to listen and has set me the job of finding out what he needs, so i dont want to have him spend the cash only to find out thery are on digital or scrambled..
AND
Anyone know of good sites to get the frequencies ? i have http://www.transmission1.net/uksfd/list_active.asp but its last update seems to be back in febuary...
