Xcecuter 2.2 lite switch wont work

When I try to turn the switch off with the switch provided I get a long error message in many languages telling me to contact microsoft. Could anyone point me in the right direction to fixing this. Thanks

Oh, and I rebuilt the hard drive using Slayers Autoinstaller

your HD isnt locked or your original MS dash is corrupt

i forgot to say, im using the original hard disk.
How do I re install my original dashboard so that I can use the switch then?

ok as youve got slayers and have rebuilt the hd then use slayers again and go into the EEPROM management part and lock the HD.
