been offered a fairmate hp 2000 for £40 are they a good scanner do you know,and is that a fair price it is in good /reasonable condition works perfect,any help cheers

hi m8, i can only say what a very good radio the fairmate is. it is a superb radio and at the price you mention, id say a real bargain. snap it up quick, you wont be dissapointed. leonard.

The only problem i can say about the fairmate hp 2000 is the excessive bleeder over from local radio stations especially if you intend on useing it with an external antenna, but besides that £40 isnt such a bad price
