Loading Problems.....

Hello,

I have a modded Xbox (March 03) - Xecuter 2.2 Pro, 4978 Bios, 3921 EVOX Dash. DVD-R Discs boot no problem but I am having problems with CDRs. Some games boot but others do not, all are recorded on the same media and work in other older xbox's but not in mine. What is strange is that the xbox reads all cdrs when i use media player. Also, DVD+RW's do not boot in my xbox.

I know some xbox's cant read cdr's but its strange how they can be read in Media player and some games boot others dont.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

are you reecording the cds woth UDF settings? thats the only explanation i can find here, very few xbox will read cds anyway.
The same applies for +R/RW, some will read em, some wont.
