I agree, it's been barred and it doesn't matter how many times you flash it m8.
If you purchased the phone from a reliable source and not off of some random then call orange (the network provider it was origionally on) and tell them, they will unbarr your phone, but it should have only been barred if you never registered it with orange when you bought it, or if the phone is lost/stolen and was barred after you bought it.
Oh, I had this prob with my T68i, I called orange and it was NOT barred, the phone was just knackered (big problem with T68i and orange/T-Mobile)! Maybe your phone is knackard in the same way? I doubt it, but it could happen.
