Saving Images problem

I had this problem before but I have forgotten how I solved it.
When I right click an image that I want to save all that i get as the filename is UNTITLED, whereas before I use to get the image name + correct file extension.
All the images now seem to be untitled.bmp.
Anyone know how to resolve this problem please.

PS. this has only started since a recent re-format.

Clear you're temporary internet files.

Its a bug in IE6
