I am on Virgin.net dial up service and it's not much better. The SMTP server is shot, and occasionally at busy times sites like google.co.uk cant reslve the DNS name... very poor...
Still my exchange has just been upgraded to broadband so I think i'll be switching...

My nextdoor neighbour 's just got a letter through the post from virgin.net broadband telling him that he is not allowed to download more than 1GB a day to a max of 5GB per week!!
