Arrgghh Can't get this thing workin !!

Hi

I've used the tutorial to set it up. But I'm still getting an error message about 'make sure broadband adapter is connected' or something to that effect. I have two nics in my comp, one for the internet and another for the gamecube. I haven't got a clue what to do next !.

Could someone plz add me to there msn so I can get abit of 1-to-1 help.

I've tryed switching to the other nic and inputting all the info in for that one and still no luck. I think its safe to say that the BBA I have is a dud. I'm well p*ssed off !!

I managed to get the BBA workin but that was with a direct connection from the router to the BBA. I'm still unsure why I have a Red X on my local area network !

are you using the correct type of cables? you should be using straight cables if you are connection through a router and crossed if you are connecting direct.
