pc crashing

starting to get a prob where my computer keeps shuting down and giving me a blue screen with the error.

the problem seems to be caused by the following file: win32k.sys
PAGE-FAULT-IN-NONPAGED-AREA
blahdy blahdy blah
win32k.sys-Address BF961BE8 base at BF800000 datestamp 3db6d462

i havent installed anything new. running xp pro, xp1700, 512 + 256 memory,and a geforce 4mx440 grafix card.

any ideas anyone?

Usually a memory fault. Pull out one of the ram sticks and try it, then swap them over if the problem persists.
