Newsgroups Help!!!

ok been tryin figure out by reading the forums about news groups...
not having much luck!!!

i have got newsbin pro installed

and got lost when it said about username n password n connecting to server???

im behind a router so dont know if i need open a port??

and can sombody tell me if there is any free news groups i can try before i buy??? so i can at least figure out how they work.

im lookin towards downloading LEGAL movies, so please if somone is going to be kind enough to get me started that will be great!!! :coffee:

Your isp might have its own newsgroups that you can have a play with m8.

check out your ISP's webpage - if they have a newserver its details will be there - most of them dont require a username/password if there your ISP's.

Or if they do require a user name and pass it is usually the same as the ones you use to collect your email with.
