Monkey bike help

I have layed me hands on a genuine 1971 monkey bike , totally origional with 320 miles on it from new.

It does require a bit of a clean and polish but otherwise is very good indeed.

Has anyone any idea what its worth , as I frankly haven't got a clue.

Any pointers would be lovely , cheers

This one is at about £500 reserve not met so I guess they expect more...

This one is at around the £450 mark and again reserver not met, but the seller does say "I have seen unrestored Chalys going for £300-£400 on ebay so dont take the piss, by sending me stupid emails" so thats the minimum I would of thought yours was worth!

It should be with me on Friday so i'll take photos of the little beast and post em for ya to have a look over.

Im unsure what to do with it to be honest , I would like to keep it , but if its worth a few quid then i'll clean it a bit and sell it on.

I would imagine that with the mileage and originality it would fetch strong money from the right bloke , but finding him might not be very easy.

The bike has never been driven on the road (used on a farm to collect post from a mailbox) and really is in top condition. Totally origional (even the tyres). The battery is missing but easily replaceable. It even still has the plastic protection film on the frame chrome and footbrake.

I bought the bike over the phone unseen and am highly impressed with it , I'm warming to putting it in me loft and forgetting about it but am gonna ponder what to do with it over the holiday period.
